1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, email us at support@epplist.com with your order number and reason.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, hygiene products, special discount or special promotional items, and perishable goods are non-returnable.
Custom or made-to-order products are final sale unless faulty.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
4. Exchanges
We offer free size or color exchanges within 7 days (where stock is available).
For faster processing, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
